Entry Fee
$440 on or before Nov. 5 … Post Deadline Entry Fee: $490, after November 5 until November 30.
Entry Fee - Value Package
$680 on or before Nov. 5 … $730 after November 5 until November 30. Package includes Tournament Entry, two days of unlimited practice rounds, unlimited range balls for the week and lunch for 4 days.
Format
72 hole stroke play with a 54 hole cut to 66 players and ties. The field limit will be 108 players.
Golf Carts and Caddies
- Contestants are required to take a cart during practice rounds
- Caddies are not allowed
- Contestants are playing threesomes: two carts per group
- Spectators are welcome, but no spectator carts are allowed
- Spectators must stay at least 50 feet away from players at all times unless it is to provide medical assistance or food; no advice or instruction will be permitted
Contestant Registration
Please notify us that you have arrived by checking in at the Contestant Registration Desk in the Eagle Trace clubhouse and pick up your tee gift.
Women’s Division check in hours:
Wednesday, Dec. 11th noon to 5:00 p.m.
Contestant Check-In
Contestants are required to check in at their tee times no less than 10 minutes before their tee time.
Tee Times and Pairings
Women’s Division tee times and pairings will be posted online at www.dixieamateur.com
Scores
Scores will be posted promptly after each round in the Eagle Trace clubhouse and online at www.dixieamateur.com
Yardages
The yardages we will be playing at Eagle Trace is TBD and will be posted here.
Restaurants
Open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m.

The Club Wyndham Palm-Aire is offering a special rate for Dixie Amateur players. To get this rate, you must book your reservation by Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
